With four strategically located fire stations in our local community, we proudly respond to calls and emergencies swiftly within 185 square miles of our parish’s southern area. Our Team
Since we are currently only financially supported by a 10-mill property tax and 1/5 of a Parish-wide quarter-cent sales tax, we rely heavily on volunteers to continue our fire, rescue, and medical response operations. PCFD4 has approximately 12 dedicated volunteers supported by two daytime and two 24-hour part-time staff.
