At Pointe Coupee Fire Protection District 4, we’re more than first responders—we’re your neighbors, educators, and public safety advocates. With a blend of full-time professionals and dedicated volunteers, our team is trained, equipped, and always ready to protect life and property across southern Pointe Coupee Parish.
Since 1970, we’ve served the communities of Fordoche, Livonia, Lottie, Torbert, and Valverda with pride. Thanks to community support, our firefighters now provide 24/7 coverage from strategically located stations, backed by ongoing training and a proactive approach to fire prevention.
Whether we’re responding to an emergency, teaching fire safety in schools, or installing smoke alarms for residents, our mission is clear: protect, prevent, and serve.
